ASSESSMENT BOOKING NOTE:

In order to prepare documentation for the WJIV diagnostic assessments for dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities PLEASE make the booking in the NAME OF THE PERSON BEING ASSESSED.

CONSIDERATION:

Most clients who are 8 years and over, tend to cope with the three hour session (Standard Assessment) as there are opportunities for breaks and games. 

 

However, your child is under 8 years of age, or you believe 3 hours is too long choose shorter appointments regardless of age. 

 

A decision to break the assessment in two parts can be made if a client does not appear to be able to cope with the longer appointment on the day.
