ASSESSMENT BOOKING NOTE:

In order to prepare documentation for the WJIV diagnostic assessments for dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities please make the booking in the name of the person being assessed.

CONSIDERATION:

Most clients who are 8 years and over, tend to cope with the three hour session as there are opportunities for breaks and games.

However, you know your child best and can still choose shorter appointments regardless of age.

A decision to break the assessment in two parts can be made if a client does not appear to be able to cope with the longer appointment on the day.

COVID GUIDELINES:

In line with COVID-19 precautionary guidelines when at Orange, please note the following:

In-house assessments are available. However, virtual/distance appointments are available on application.

At Orange social distancing will be maintained – client and assessor will work at a practical distance from each other.

Desk, computer keyboard, doorknobs, games, stationery and bathroom (for sole use of clients) will be disinfected before arrival.

Regular handwashing/use of hand sanitiser will be encouraged.

Kindly note that the assessor and all other people on-site, are fully vaccinated.
